Product Description:

The MP plastic blow molding machine is specifically designed for manufacturing a wide range of plastic hollow products made from high molecular materials. It excels in creating various hollow items with volumes ranging from as small as 5 milliliters up to 100 liters.

This versatile machine is capable of producing numerous products including bottles, pots, jars, barrels, toys, toolboxes, bed boards, desk boards, chairs, and even automotive parts. Its adaptability makes it suitable for many industries requiring hollow plastic components.

Moreover, the MP blow molding machine supports processing different types of materials such as PE, PP, PVC, PA, PC, PS, and EVA. It ensures excellent production quality and offers an optimized processing performance for diverse manufacturing needs.


Features:

The extruding device is equipped with a variable frequency motor, which effectively meets the rotational speed requirements of the screw during the blowing process. The screw, designed with a high slenderness ratio, is capable of processing various types of materials. It offers strong plasticizing capabilities, ensuring high production efficiency while maintaining low energy consumption. Additionally, the barrel features a resistance heater controlled by a computer, providing rapid, stable, and uniform heating.

In a combined extrusion system, installing different heads between two extrusion machines enables the production of products with visual strip lines or double-layer structures. This flexibility enhances the variety of products that can be manufactured.

The mould clamping device utilizes a toggle mechanism along with a linear guider. Featuring a double station design, it allows the mould platen to move faster and more steadily, improving operational efficiency.

The hydraulic oil loop has been upgraded to an improved design that promotes power saving, speed, and stability. This enhancement contributes to the overall performance and energy efficiency of the machine.

Installation and maintenance of the hydraulic components are made convenient with a removable and mobile oil tank, facilitating easier upkeep and service.

The entire machine is managed through computerized controls. The hydraulic system employs dual proportional control for precise operation. Moreover, the machine is equipped with an automatic fault alarm system, ensuring reliable performance. High levels of automation are supported, including the capability to store data for up to 40 mould sets.

Operators can choose among three modes of operation: “Manual”, “Semi-Automatic”, and “Full Automatic”, offering flexibility according to production needs.

For safety, the machine features a safety door equipped with both electric and mechanical safety devices. This design prevents the mould from closing when the safety door is open, ensuring secure and reliable operation.

The machine supports two blowing cutting functions: straight cutting and oblique cutting, expanding its processing capabilities.

Additionally, it includes a specialized oblique blowing function to enhance product versatility.
